Fluo character in the Lamborghini Capsule for the Huracán Evo

The new Lamborghini capsule collection for the Huracán Evo is inspired by the classic bright colors that have always given life to the lines of the Casa del Toro models. The two-tone scheme in the exterior and interior highlights the dynamism of the car. While the fluo colors used in some details of the components in matt black give a sporty and elegant touch. The chromatic harmony between roof, front bumper and black side skirts has been carefully researched to give new light to the Evo. But not only that, the whole passenger compartment, including the finish of the Start & Stop button cover and the embroidered shield on the headrest are coordinated with the fluorescent color of the exterior.

This new package is not the first, a few months ago Automobili Lamborghini had in fact launched a similar proposal designed only for the Urus. We are talking about the Pearl Capsule, custom colors with pearlescent shades. What will be the next exclusive novelty of the Sant’Agata brand?

The limited edition of the Lamborghini Aventador S signed by the stylist Yamamoto is born

To celebrate the new partnership with the Japanese designer's brand, the Casa del Toro gives life to a new special version of the iconic supercar

After the exclusive Lounge in New York, Automobili Lamborghini is also opening one in Tokyo to celebrate the new partnership with the brand of world-famous fashion designer Yohji Yamamoto. Inside is an Aventador S signed by the Japanese professional who has redesigned it from a stylistic point of view. Shapes and colors combine to transform the livery of the Aventador into an abstract painting. White, gray, red and black blend in geometric shapes while white lettering adorns the sides, roof, seats and dashboard, creating a true collector’s item. This is how the limited edition signed Yamamoto was born.

New Lamborghini Lounge in Tokyo

The new Lamborghini Lounge is structured on three floors and is designed as a multifunctional space, although it is mainly geared towards owners and VIPs, it prepares to open its doors to the public to give life to special initiatives and activities such as exhibitions and art shows. The Ad Personam Studio in Tokyo was created to be a point of reference dedicated to customers who wish to customize their own models of the Bull.

The limited edition Yamamoto is born: the union between Italian craftsmanship and Japanese culture

Automobili Lamborghini Head of Design Mitja Borkert stated that: “It was a thrill to be able to work with Yohji Yamamoto, world fashion icon, who immediately understood the value of the DNA of Lamborghini design. From our collaboration, this exceptional design work was born for Aventador S which, presented today for the first time, celebrates the union between Italian craftsmanship and Japanese culture “.

The response of the Japanese designer was not long in coming: “With their inimitable design, Lamborghini super sports cars are instantly recognizable, more than any other car brand: a single glance is enough. I am proud to see this collaboration realized, which emphasizes the uniqueness, timeless charm and passion that characterize both brands “.

This operation is further confirmation of the effectiveness of the partnerships between luxury, fashion and automotive brands. The Yamamoto limited edition is the perfect example of how this fusion can create a unique work of art.

VELA EXPERIENCE: THE SWAN ONE DESIGN WORLDS

My meeting with Leonardo Ferragamo, president of Nautor's Swan, creator of the event and of the Marina di Scarlino

From 13 to 17 October, the Swan One Design Worlds took place at the Marina di Scarlino, or the one-design World Championship of the  Nautor’s Swan shipyard, fulcrum of the vela experience. This prestigious event is much more than a simple regatta. It is a real world parade of Swans as all the best of the Finnish shipyard’s production is concentrated in the Tuscan port.

The Swan One Design Worlds are the first world championships dedicated to the One Design classes. With around 26 boats from 10 nations, divided into the ClubSwan 50, Swan 45 and ClubSwan 36 categories. This luxury regatta is one of the two events that gave birth to the Swan Experience; which in fact also included a one-yard Boat Show where the splendid Swan 78, Swan 65, Swan 54 and Swan 48 were exhibited.

Vela experience: Swan

Participating in a regatta of this level was a unique experience. I had the privilege of being able to live up close and to get on board one of the most beautiful and elegant boats for navigation in the Mediterranean Sea, the Swan 115 “Solleone”, a majestic dream sailing yacht of 115 feet.

Describing the feelings experienced in words is not at all easy. At the same time I felt like a small dot in the middle of the sea but also a member of a crew capable of mastering the delicate power of the Solleone. I immersed myself with my body and mind in the silent blue to fully listen to the sweet and thunderous sound of the wind that gave life to the Nautor swan sail. Gliding elegantly among the waves and experiencing the comfort and high performance of the Finnish shipyard’s models helped me to truly understand what triggers the love for sailing.

The Marina di Scarlino: a vela paradise

The epicenter of this vela experience signed by Swan was the Marina di Scarlino, one of the safest and most protected tourist ports in the Mediterranean. It’s located between the fabulous Maremma area and the Tuscan archipelago, just a few miles from the beautiful Elba Island. There are 580 berths from 10 to 36 meters, up to 4 meters of draft and another 380 for boats up to 12 meters located along the adjacent canal harbor.

This location, surrounded by numerous scenic, cultural, artistic and eno-gastronomic beauties, is a sailors’ paradise. The nearby hills of the natural parks create a mild microclimate and sea and wind conditions that are perfect in every season.

Leonardo Ferragamo

I sincerely thank Leonardo Ferragamo, the Italian entrepreneur in love with sailing at the head of Nautor’s Swan and the entire Boat Show for the great hospitality. The Finnish shipyard, which he acquired together with other investors in 1998, boasts more than half a century of history and experience in building high performance sailing yachts. The Finnish brand is admired and recognized around the globe for the perfect combination of style, quality, performance and great reliability.

Swan Experience partners

Among the partners of the Swan Experience there is also Automobili Lamborghini, present throughout the event with the possibility of carrying out test drives. Other important partners were present: Aon, Banor, Sease, Ferrari Trento, Disaronno, North Sails, Quantum Sails, Garmin, Slow Food Presidium, Michela Nicoli, Bottega Conticelli, Uyn, Rigoni d’Asiago.

LAMBORGHINI: RECORD OF 10,000 AVENTADOR SOLD

Another record for Automobili Lamborghini, 10,000 Aventador sold

Aventador records Lamborghini sold. The well-known Italian car manufacturer signs another milestone in its already legendary history between great successes and marvelous futuristic cars. The 10,000th Aventador is a gray SVJ Roadster with red and black details. The culmination of nine years of automotive design and engineering.

Lamborghini Aventador: since 2011 a reference point for super sports cars

The Lamborghini Aventador, in production since 2011, immediately became the reference point for the supersport sector, managing to anticipate the supercars of the future.

This model of the Casa del Toro immediately stood out for its remarkable structural rigidity thanks to the carbon fiber monocoque, as for the 12-cylinder engine with a power of 700 horsepower and the ISR robotic transmission for ultra-fast gear changes capable of making them reach the 100 km/h in just 2.9 seconds and push it to a top speed of 350 km/h.

It was in 2018 that the Sant’Agata Bolognese company launched one of the most important Aventadors, the SVJ, a real racing supercar capable of covering the lap of the Nurburgring Nordschleife in 6 minutes and 44 seconds.

Lamborghini Aventador records sold

The fastest and most exciting Lamborghini

Designed to go beyond the concept of performance itself, the Aventador has been able to redefine the concept of sports supercar. To create the fastest and most exciting Lamborghini of all time, each element was developed following a simple rule: lower weight and maximum performance, combined with quality, luxury and aerodynamic design.

Even after 10,000 units have been sold, the charm of the Lamborghini brand not only remains steadfast, but steadily increases.

Lamborghini Sián Roadster: unveiled 819hp open-air super hybrid

The Sant’Agata Bolognese company presented the Lamborghini Sián Roadster, the open-top variant of the first hybrid from the manufacturer of the Toro. The new example of the Sián will be a collector’s jewel for a very few lucky ones, in fact it will be produced in a limited edition of 19 units, all already sold.

HYBRID POWER

Extreme and bold in design and performance. Unlike the original coupe, the Lamborghini Sián Roadster stands out for its open-top and hybrid system with a naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12 (with 785 hp of power). It is also composed of a 48 Volt electrical unit. Only the latter is capable of developing 34 HP. The total power of 819 hp allows it to go from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.9 seconds and reach a top speed of 350 km/h.

AD HOC COLORS

The debut color comes from the idea of blending the blue of the sky with the green of the vegetation in a single color. Blu Uranus is the chromatic tone chosen by the Lamborghini Style Center to give this model a color capable of enclosing its character.

The rim finishes are in Gold Electrum, the interiors offer a harmonious mix of details in white, Blue Glauco and Electum Gold in the aluminum elements. The interior also sports several 3D printed elements, which can be customized for customers. For example by engraving the initials of the name.

AERODYNAMIC STYLE

The design of the Lamborghini Sián Roadster follows the classic aerodynamic line, increasing its efficiency. The splitters and the front hood direct the airflow through the inlets and outlets on the side and above the rear spoiler.

The rear active cooling fins use an innovative technology. Activation is triggered by the reaction of a series of smart materials to the temperature generated by the exhaust system, causing the rotation of the fins. Another active aerodynamic solution is the rear wing integrated into the profile. The latter is designed to open only while driving with the aim of increasing performance.

The characteristic hexagonal pattern of Lamborghini and the six hexagonal rear lights inspired by the Countach are not missing either. Both are incorporated into the design of the rear section of the car.

Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63: presented the new motor yacht

A prestigious partnership to create an unrivaled yacht

On June 30, Automobili Lamborghini and The Italian Sea Group presented the new motor yacht of the Tecnomar fleet as a world premiere. This is a limited edition that celebrates Lamborghini’s founding year. It’s called Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63.

Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63: is inspired by several supercars of the house of the Bull

The project, developed by Tecnomar in collaboration with the Lamborghini Style Center, is inspired by the Lamborghini Siàn FKP 37, which not surprisingly is the super sports hybrid with the most futuristic design. Other elements are inspired by the Miura and the Countach, while the bow lights are a tribute to the Terzo Millennio concept car. This partnership was born with the ambitious goal of merging the souls of both brands to give life to an unrivaled yacht.

In every detail it reflects the iconic and unmistakable lines of Lamborghini, from the super sporty silhouette, to the aerodynamic curves to the elegant made in Italy interior. The boat presented by The Italian Sea Group, an international leader in the luxury yachting sector, has the look of a super car even if it belongs to the naval world. It is not a racing car that runs on asphalt, but on water.

Carbon fiber details, super sporty seats, the helm wheel similar to the steering wheel and the “start & stop” button of the Lamborghinis, make this new model a unique nautical and design work.

Innovative solutions and high speed

Inside, too, there are many familiarities with the specimens of the Casa del Toro and with the look of the super cars. An example of this is the helm station that interprets the automotive cockpit in a nautical key, where all the navigation and monitoring systems are integrated. Innovative engineering solutions combined with the unmistakable Italian style offer a pleasant and unforgettable driving experience.

With two MAN V12-2000 engines, the Tecnomar is fast and ultralight. It blasts across the water with its 4,000 horsepower and reaches a top speed of 60 knots.

The first Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63 will be ready for the beginning of 2021. Giovanni Costantino, CEO of The Italian Sea Group is certain that the new motor yacht “will become a futuristic icon like the car it is inspired by”.
