Lamborghini Sián Roadster: unveiled 819hp open-air super hybrid

The Sant’Agata Bolognese company presented the Lamborghini Sián Roadster, the open-top variant of the first hybrid from the manufacturer of the Toro. The new example of the Sián will be a collector’s jewel for a very few lucky ones, in fact it will be produced in a limited edition of 19 units, all already sold.

HYBRID POWER

Extreme and bold in design and performance. Unlike the original coupe, the Lamborghini Sián Roadster stands out for its open-top and hybrid system with a naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12 (with 785 hp of power). It is also composed of a 48 Volt electrical unit. Only the latter is capable of developing 34 HP. The total power of 819 hp allows it to go from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.9 seconds and reach a top speed of 350 km/h.

AD HOC COLORS

The debut color comes from the idea of blending the blue of the sky with the green of the vegetation in a single color. Blu Uranus is the chromatic tone chosen by the Lamborghini Style Center to give this model a color capable of enclosing its character.

The rim finishes are in Gold Electrum, the interiors offer a harmonious mix of details in white, Blue Glauco and Electum Gold in the aluminum elements. The interior also sports several 3D printed elements, which can be customized for customers. For example by engraving the initials of the name.

AERODYNAMIC STYLE

The design of the Lamborghini Sián Roadster follows the classic aerodynamic line, increasing its efficiency. The splitters and the front hood direct the airflow through the inlets and outlets on the side and above the rear spoiler.

The rear active cooling fins use an innovative technology. Activation is triggered by the reaction of a series of smart materials to the temperature generated by the exhaust system, causing the rotation of the fins. Another active aerodynamic solution is the rear wing integrated into the profile. The latter is designed to open only while driving with the aim of increasing performance.

The characteristic hexagonal pattern of Lamborghini and the six hexagonal rear lights inspired by the Countach are not missing either. Both are incorporated into the design of the rear section of the car.

Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63: presented the new motor yacht

A prestigious partnership to create an unrivaled yacht

On June 30, Automobili Lamborghini and The Italian Sea Group presented the new motor yacht of the Tecnomar fleet as a world premiere. This is a limited edition that celebrates Lamborghini’s founding year. It’s called Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63.

Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63: is inspired by several supercars of the house of the Bull

The project, developed by Tecnomar in collaboration with the Lamborghini Style Center, is inspired by the Lamborghini Siàn FKP 37, which not surprisingly is the super sports hybrid with the most futuristic design. Other elements are inspired by the Miura and the Countach, while the bow lights are a tribute to the Terzo Millennio concept car. This partnership was born with the ambitious goal of merging the souls of both brands to give life to an unrivaled yacht.

In every detail it reflects the iconic and unmistakable lines of Lamborghini, from the super sporty silhouette, to the aerodynamic curves to the elegant made in Italy interior. The boat presented by The Italian Sea Group, an international leader in the luxury yachting sector, has the look of a super car even if it belongs to the naval world. It is not a racing car that runs on asphalt, but on water.

Carbon fiber details, super sporty seats, the helm wheel similar to the steering wheel and the “start & stop” button of the Lamborghinis, make this new model a unique nautical and design work.

Innovative solutions and high speed

Inside, too, there are many familiarities with the specimens of the Casa del Toro and with the look of the super cars. An example of this is the helm station that interprets the automotive cockpit in a nautical key, where all the navigation and monitoring systems are integrated. Innovative engineering solutions combined with the unmistakable Italian style offer a pleasant and unforgettable driving experience.

With two MAN V12-2000 engines, the Tecnomar is fast and ultralight. It blasts across the water with its 4,000 horsepower and reaches a top speed of 60 knots.

The first Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63 will be ready for the beginning of 2021. Giovanni Costantino, CEO of The Italian Sea Group is certain that the new motor yacht “will become a futuristic icon like the car it is inspired by”.
